Michael Muellerleile is the founder and principal of Coast Counsel, A Professional Law Corporation, where he advises clients on business, real estate, and estate planning matters. Having represented small to medium sized businesses, entrepreneurs, investors and individuals over the last 25 years, Mr. Muellerleile represents small businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, and individuals in both simple and complex business and real estate transactions. He provides practical legal guidance on entity selection and formation, ongoing corporate governance, contract drafting, negotiation, and navigating legal requirements at the state and local levels. He is committed to delivering high-quality, personalized service while upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
Michael holds a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Long Beach.
