MICHAEL MUELLERLEILE
FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL
Michael Muellerleile is the founder and principal of Coast Counsel, A Professional Law Corporation. With more than 25 years of legal experience, he advises business owners, entrepreneurs, investors, and individuals on business and real estate transactions throughout California.
His practice includes contract drafting and negotiation, business purchases and sales, entity formation, operating agreements, residential and commercial real estate transactions, commercial leases, and seller financing. Michael works directly with clients to understand their objectives, explain their options, and develop practical solutions.
Michael holds a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Long Beach. His combined legal and business education informs his approach to evaluating risk, negotiating terms, and helping clients make informed decisions.
Michael also serves as Of Counsel to Anderson Law Group, Inc., in Laguna Beach, where he assists clients with estate planning matters.
